A long string is cut by a fusing portion (5) of a hot plate (4) to fabricate a string (2) of a predetermined size with cut edges (7a) (7b) of both ends aligned. Thereafter, inside parts (8a) (8b) of both ends are welded by a welding portion (6) of the hot plate (4) to process the string into a loop string (3), which can be easily attached to a tassel band (1). Additionally, product failure of falling off of the body of the same can be prevented from appearing.
