PURPOSE: To prevent loosening and omit fastening control by press-fitting and sticking an shock absorbing member to a face opposed to a plate sandwiching a screwed part of a connector screwed with a receptacle type connecting member.

CONSTITUTION: A connector 3 is screwed with a receptacle 2 installed on a panel 1. A terminal plate 5 on which through-holes 5 are formed is overlapped on the screwed part from downward. A cushion 6 is press-fitted and stuck to the upper surface of the screwed part. Through-holes 7a corresponding to the through-holes 5a, longitudinal members 7b on which screwing holes 7c are formed, and an intermediate plate 7 having the cushion 6 are overlapped from upward for sandwiching the screwed part with the terminal plate 5. A fixing plate 8 having first hooks 8a to 8c lockedly engaged with the terminal plate 5 and a second hook 8e piercing a screwing hole 8d and the through-holes 7a, 5a for lockedly engagement is overlapped and fixed by means of a screw 9. Loosening of the connector 3 is prevented with certainty, and fastening control can be omitted.
