Abstract:
To provide a loosening stopping device for nut such that a loosening stopper for a nut mounted onto a bolt can be easily formed with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A loosening stopper 1 for fastening a nut comprises a coil part 3 of a coil spring 2 matching a pitch of a male screw 9a of a bolt 9 threadedly engaging with a nut 8, and is provided with a lower part 4 which extends outward from a lower outer periphery of the coil part 3 and has its tip bent upward, and an upper part 5 which extends outward from an upper outer periphery of the coil part 3 above the lower part 4, wherein an annular seating part 6 is formed having a larger diameter than the coil part 3 and a smaller diameter than an outer periphery of the nut 8, the seating part 6 is bent from the upper part 5 and coupled to a column 7 parallel with an axis of the coil part 3, and the coil part 3 is screwed into a male screw groove 9b of the bolt 9 to cause the seating part 6 to abut on an upper face 8a of the nut 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
