Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute bolt loosening work easily and rapidly by means of small loosening torque by screwing an auxiliary bolt to an insertion hole penetrating the center portion of a bolt body.
CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary bolt 12 is screwed beforehand to a screw hole portion 11 until its head portion 13 is stoppingly engaged with an engage- stopping portion 10, before a matter 4 to be fastened is fastened to a fitting body 5 by tightening a bolt B1, and in this state, the bolt B1 is screwed to the fitting body 5 and tightened. At the time of this bolt B1 tightening, tensile strength acts on both the bolt B1 and the auxiliary bolt 12, and the state of having extended axially exists, and when the auxiliary bolt 12 is loosened and taken off in this state, tensile strength acting on the bolt B1 becomes large, resulting in extending the bolt B1 axially. As a result, fastening force to act on the matter 4 to be fastened from the bolt B1 can be reduced, and frictional force to act on a screwing portion is also reduced, and the bolt B1 can be easily loosened even by means of comparatively small loosening torque.
