To provide a lost wax casting device capable of reducing the consumption of protective gas since the amount of the protective gas flowing out of a communication port of a melting chamber reaches a considerably large value.
The lost wax casting device comprises a mold chamber having a mold therein, a melting chamber having a communication port for introducing a molten base metal from a melting crucible into the mold on a bottom part, and a seal washer which has a hole in its side face, and is inserted in the communication port, and elevated/lowered between the most elevated first position and the most lowered second position as the mold is elevated/lowered. In the seal washer, the hole is located inside the melting chamber at the first position to communicate the melting chamber with the mold chamber, and the hole is located outside the melting chamber at the second position not to communicate the inside with the outside of the melting chamber via the hole.
