A winning probability table for storing winning probability in each rank of sales contribution levels and a rank-based prize distribution table for storing a prize distribution ratio for winning in each rank of the sales contribution levels are prepared. Then the winning probability corresponding to the rank of a sales contribution level determined on the basis of customer's sales result information is acquired from the winning probability table. Further, a prize distribution ratio corresponding to the rank of the sales contribution level determined on the basis of the sales result information is acquired from the rank-based prize distribution table. Then a lottery is executed on the basis of the winning probability, winning or failure is determined, and when winning is determined, a prize is determined on the basis of the prize distribution ratio, and service corresponding to the prize is executed.
