PURPOSE: To prevent an electromagnetic induction phenomenon generated in electric parts such as a chalk coil constructing a driving circuit part by attaching a base plate mounting a driving circuit part driving a loudspeaker to the prescribed part of a cabinet through a vibration cut-off plate.
CONSTITUTION: A base plate 4 mounting the driving circuit part driving the loudspeaker is attached to the prescribed part of the cabinet through a vibration cut-off plate 4a. Inside a cabinet 1 of a loudspeaker device, loudspeakers 2 and 3 are attached, and inside the cabinet 1, the base plate 4 is attached through the vibration cut-off plate 4a consisting of a felt or a foaming member by screws 5, 5,..., and to the surface of the base plate 4, driving circuits 2A and 3A providing electric parts 2a and 3a such as the chalk coil are attached. Thus, since it is possible to cut off the vibration from the loudspeaker and the like to the driving circuit part transmitted through the cabinet, the electromagnetic induction phenomenon generated in the electric parts such as the chalk coil constructing the driving circuit part is prevented.
