Abstract:
To provide a louver mounting jig that can be easily attached and detached without impairing the appearance, has an extremely high degree of freedom in mounting on a skeleton and a louver, and is excellent in versatility.SOLUTION: A louver mounting jig has a bracket 16 joined to a skeleton 12 and a flat bar 18 suspended at the tip of the bracket and having a surface joined to the back of a louver material 14. The tip end part of the bracket is formed to be thick, and a concave groove 16a is recessed on a surface thereof throughout the length direction. Midway in the depth direction of the concave groove, the width of the groove is enlarged vertically over the entire longitudinal direction to form a slit part 16b perpendicular to the concave groove. The slit part is fitted with a flat bar receiver 20 consisting of a long thin plate-like body inserted into the slit part and one or more female screw holes screwed at predetermined positions corresponding to the concave grooves in the body. The flat bar is screwed into the female screw hole of the flat bar receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
