PURPOSE: To prevent powder and granular material from being stagnated and dust contained in gas to be treated is deposited in both the end parts of a flow passage between inclined plates.
CONSTITUTION: A louver has a pair of sidewalls 27 which are arranged opposite to each other and between which a moving bed of powder and granular material is formed, and plural inclined plates 51 which are arranged parallel to each other at a fixed angle between the sidewalls 27 and are fixed to the sidewalls 27 at both the ends. In corner parts 55 in contact with the sidewalls 27 of the inclined plates 51, stagnation preventing surfaces are formed. In this case, since the stagnation preventing surfaces are formed in the corner parts 55, friction force that the powder and granular material receives from the sidewalls 27 becomes small, and the flow of the powder and granular material is not blocked to increase the flow velocity. Since the powder and granular material are not stagnated in both the end parts AR4 in a flow passage between the inclined plates 51, dust contained in the gas to be treated is prevented from being stuck and deposited on the inclined plates 51, the sidewalls 27 and the like.
