Title:
LOW-ASH-CONTENT SOLID FUEL COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP11101405
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To eliminate disadvantages that fire can not be extinguished in the course of combustion and that the extinguishment requires much labor, in usual low-ash-content solid fuel combustion equipment which is so designed that charged fuel is burned up completely so as to dispense with disposal of a residue.

Low-ash-content solid fuel combustion equipment is constituted of a combustion furnace 1 bearing low-ash-content solid fuel and of a mantle body 2 holding this combustion furnace 1 and shaped like a vessel of which the upper side is opened. The combustion furnace 1 has slit-shaped intake gaps 3d and 3e provided in the circumference of a main body 3. The mantle body 2 has a heat insulating layer 11 provided inside and gaps so formed as to enable inflow of air around the combustion furnace 1 held therein, and it is so designed that the inflow of air can be interrupted by a cover body 12 fitting airtightly on the upper side thereof.
