Abstract:
To provide a baked snack food product low in carbohydrate and having an equivalent texture to that of conventional products and further a baked snack food product excellent in sheet molding adaptability.SOLUTION: A baked snack food product of this invention contains dietary fiber and carbohydrate, in which a dietary fiber content is 15 mass% or more relative to the total amount of the baked snack food product; a carbohydrate content is 21-40 mass% relative to the total amount of the snack food product; and insoluble protein is contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
