PURPOSE: To decrease cross talk by providing a switch interlocking with a synchronizing signal between an input terminal of a signal to be time-divided and multiplexed and a sample holding circuit provided in correspondence to each channel.
CONSTITUTION: A sampling section is provided at each input signal together with a signal storage section. The input signal is inputted to a terminal 14 of a switch 22 provided at each channel. The switch 22 and a switch element 19 provided at the sampling section turn on/off with almost the same timing. The timing is a time corresponding to a time slot in time division and multiplexing. The on-period given to the switch 22 is shorter than the on-period given to the switch element 19 and the length of period is required to permit charging a storage capacitor 20.
