Abstract:
To provide a cage truck excellent in transport function and a base plate used for the cage truck to solve the problem that an elevator door (opening height standard 2M) could transport only a small amount of cargoes little by little, interfering with a heavy long article.SOLUTION: A cage truck includes: a base plate for supporting a cargo to be transported; a plurality of casters fitted at an outer-peripheral position of the base plate; and a lattice-like or net-like side wall part provided on the upper side of the base plate. A storage recessed part for storing a lower end part of a cargo to be transported is formed at the base plate while avoiding interference with the caster. For example, the storage recessed part is formed by recessing approximately 60% of a base plate central part up to an almost ground surface and even an elevator door (opening height standard 2M) can be formed to transport a heavy and long article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
