To enable generating air vibration of a reverse phase and also to enable installing a low frequency generating source (a vibrating screen) to allow a reduction in low frequency vibration by acting output of the frequency and amplitude of a reverse phase for drowning out low frequency air vibration generated by a vibrating machine on a vibrating plate.
A vibrating plate 3 is installed near a vibrating machine 1 through a hydraulic servo cylinder 2. The frequency and the amplitude generated by the vibrating machine 1 are detected by a sensor, and the detected signal is inputted to a vibration controller. The vibration controller operates based on this input signal, its outputs with the frequency and the amplitude in reverse phase against the low frequency air vibration generated by the vibrating machine 1 being made to act on the vibrating plate for drowning out the effect. In this way, air vibration of a reverse phase can be accurately and surely generated to suppress efficiently low frequency air vibration effect.
