PURPOSE: To eliminate pain caused by energization and improve blood circulation in a sole of a foot by providing a drive control means, a low frequency therapeutic electrode means, and a vibration means on an insulation surface plate formed to have the sole of the foot on it for applying a low frequency stimulation current while applying vibration to the sole of the foot.
CONSTITUTION: Low frequency therapeutic electrode means C are disposed at an interval from each other on an insulation surface plate B formed to have a sole of a foot on it, an energization stimulation current is supplied to the low frequency therapeutic electrode means C by a drive control means E, and a vibration means E is driven to apply vibration to the sole of the foot. Pulse waves are detected on toes or the sole by a pulse wave detection means, and low frequency stimulation output and vibration are applied synchronously with the pulse waves. In addition, a flexible external electrode comprising an electrode and a conductor is connected, and an external terminal to supply the energization stimulation current is provided at it, so current application to other parts in a body as well as the sole of the foot is enabled.
