Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the electrification preventability, the wear resistance, and the plane stability and make a device inexpensive by providing an aluminium vapor-deposited layer having a specific thickness on the face opposite to the face, which is brought into contact with a tape roll, of a thermoplastic resin film. CONSTITUTION:The aluminium vapor-deposited layer having 55-1,200Angstrom thickness is provided on the face opposite to the face, which is brought into contact with the tape roll, of a thermoplastic resin film. The aluminium vapor-deposited layer is provided on the face opposite to the face, which is brought into contact with the tape roll, of the low-friction thermoplastic resin film. For the purpose of satisfying adhesion to the film, electrification prevention, curls, and the planeness, the thickness of this vapor-deposuted layer is set to 55-1,200Angstrom , desirably, 80-600Angstrom . It is desirable that the surface of the film is subjected to corona discharge treatment, flame treatment, ultrasiovle-ray irradiation treatment, anchor coating, etc. for purpose of improving the adhesive strength between the film and the vapor-deposited layer furthermore.
