Abstract:
To provide a sliding member having excellent frictional properties and wear resistance by using a phenolic compound having the roll of an oxidation inhibitor.
Provided is a sliding member used under wet conditions using lubricating oil and provided with a resin coating part including a phenolic compound at a sliding face, and in which the phenolic compound has tert-butyl groups at the two ortho positions of a hydroxyl group.
