To make it possible to use for the movement of a heavy article or the sliding surface of a sports outfit by forming the one outermost layer as a fiber layer of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene having a specific intrinsic viscosity and forming the surface of the outermost layer so as to have lower static frictional coefficient than that of the surface of the other outermost layer and dynamic frictional coefficient.
Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHM-PE) which has 5dl/g or more of intrinsic viscosity measured at 135°C in decalin solution is used as UHM-PE fiber. As the UHM-PE fiber layer of the outermost layer A, the UHM-PE fiber is preferably of woven fabric such as plain weave, twill weave or imitation gauze. The static frictional coefficient of the surface of the UHM-PE fiber is preferably 0.3 or less and the dynamic frictional coefficient is preferably 0.3 or less, and the static and dynamic coefficients of the outermost layer B are preferably 0.5 or more. The outermost layer B is constituted by the layer in which the UHM-PE fiber exists in rubber phase as matrix such as a ruber sheet layer, a rubber latex coating layer.
