Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high density ferrite material having high mechanical strength and dimensional precision and ensuring a low loss in a high-frequency region without requiring annealing again after firing.
CONSTITUTION: A ferrite material consisting essentially of 55-75wt.% Fe2O3, 1-25wt.% ZnO, 5-35wt.% NiO and 0.1-5wt.% CuO is prepd. and CoO, Bi2O3 and Al2O3 are incorporated into the ferrite material by 0.01-2wt.%, 0.01-1wt.% and 0.01-2wt.%, respectively, based on 100wt.% of the essential components.
