Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain erosion in a bus electrode line in coating a pattern of bus electrode line as well as a transparent electrode line on a display pannel substrate by making SiO2-B2O3-PbO-ZnO type basic component to contain a specified ratio of a conductive metal oxide, being a component of the bus electrode line.
SOLUTION: Leaching and diffusion of bus electrode component to glass at baking operation is restrained by making 0.1-1.5 the content of CuO or AgO and/or CuO oxde contained in glass preliminarily, when a bus electrode line is composed of for example Cu or Ag-Cu alloy. To have the similar effect, it is perferable that 0.5-5 wt.% of In2O3 or SnO2 is contained as the oxide of transparent electrode line component such as ITO. Accordingly, increase in the resistance of the electrode line is restrained. It is also preferable that 2-6 wt.% of SiO2, 15-25 wt.% of B2O3, 50-65 wt.% of PbO, 10-15 wt.% of ZnO, 0-2 wt.% of Al2O3, 0-6 wt.% of one kind or more of CaO, MgO, SrO and BaO be contained therein.
