Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low-noise frequency converter capable of reducing the stage number of a transmission band pass filter.
CONSTITUTION: The input terminal of the transistor 9 of an initial stage in the low-noise amplifier of the preceding stage of a frequency conversion part is connected to an input strip line 10. The input matching stub 13 of the transistor 9 is connected to the input strip line 10 adjacently to the connection part of the input terminal of the transistor 9. To the input strip line 10, a transmission wave elimination stub 14 is connected at a position for mutually cancelling the reflection waves of a reception frequency with a prescribed distance from the input matching stub 13.
