Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vacuum pump that can be manufactured inexpensively and having very low noise although it has relatively good outout data by improving a low noise vacuum pump of a type provided with a pump casing, a drive motor and an oil box.
CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump 1 is provided with a separate casing 5. Thus high output data can be attained simultaneously with operational quietness.
