To provide low NOx combustion equipment for liquid fuel having high combustion efficiency in which low NOx can be attained through a simple structure while lessening restriction on design.

The low NOx combustion equipment for liquid fuel comprises an evaporation mixer 10 for evaporating a liquid fuel F and mixing the gas with stream S to produce an inflammable gas G suitable for lowering NOx, and an inflammable gas G combustor 20. The evaporation mixer 10 comprises an evaporation mixing pipe 12 for generating an inflammable gas, a steam line 13 for supplying stem to the evaporation mixing pipe, a valve 16 for jetting a liquid fuel to the evaporation mixing pipe, and a flow rate controller 17 for steam and liquid fuel which controls the flow rate ratio between steam S and liquid fuel F such that an inflammable gas suitable for lowering NOx is produced from the mixture gas.
