Title:
LOW OFFENSIVE SMELL SELF-FUSION MAGNETIC WIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3413069
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low offensive odor, self-fusing magnetic wire capable of reducing the remaining solvent and offensive smell which are generated from a fused membrane due to hot air or conducting power heating from a fused membrane during bonding and is free of deformation after DY coil winding.
SOLUTION: This magnetic wire is formed by blending 5 to 30 pts.wt. of phenol resin with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a multiple component copolymer polyamide resin having a coating film forming function with a lubricant, and by applying directly onto a conductor or via an insulating membrane and baking a fused coating dissolved in a mixed organic solvent of an alcoholic solvent, which occupies 5-20% of the total solvent, consisting of amyl alcohol, hexyl alcohol, heptyl alcohol or octyl alcohol and an aromatic organic solvent which contains mainly cresol and xylene.
