To realize a small-sized low pass filter with a low profile having a stable filter characteristic without increase or decrease in a floating amount between strip lines even when layered precision of a dielectric layer is deteriorated.

The low pass filter has an inductor formed by connecting one- side ends of 1st and 2nd strip lines 23, 24 of a rectangular spiral shape formed respectively between different dielectric layers in a laminated body consisting of laminating a plurality of the dielectric layers by means of a via-hole conductor and has a capacitor consisting of a couple of capacitor forming electrodes respectively between the different dielectric layers. Then a couple of long sides 23a, 23b, 24a, 24b of the 1st and 2nd strip lines 23, 24 are formed in crossing when viewed in the laminating direction of the dielectric layers.
