To provide an electroformed mold consisting of an electroformed shell provided with pipes for temperature control at the rear, and to provide a simple production method therefor.

The production method comprises: a stage where an electroformed shell composing a mold body is prepared; a stage where pipes for temperature control are arranged at the rear of the electroformed shell; a stage where the pipes and the electroformed shell are joined by low temperature spot welding; a stage where the electroformed shell is provided with a thermal sprayed layer from the surfaces of the pipes; and a stage where the surface of the thermal sprayed layer is further provided with an electroformed layer.
