Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the occurring of faults in shape such as deformation, cracking, etc., and disconnection by making an inner copper conductor contain ceramics particles whose melting point is equal to that of copper or above, glass particles whose softening point is equal to the melting point of copper or above, or the mixed particles of the ceramics particles and glass particles.
CONSTITUTION: A paste whose main content is copper oxide is applied to a working agent green sheet by screen printing, for forming a wiring pattern. Then desired numbers of green sheets with a wiring pattern formed on them are piled up for forming a body. A green sheet laminated-body with a wiring pattern press-fixed on it consists of a green sheet 11, an inner conductor paste 12 and a surface layer conductor paste 13. Since a copper oxide is added with, as an anti-contraction agent, ceramics particles whose melting point is equal to or above that of copper, glass particles whose softening point is equal to or above the melting point of copper, or mixed particles, the generation of shape-defects such as deformation and cracking and disconnection are suppressed.
