Abstract:
To provide a low-temperature cooling unit equipped with a dew formation preventing mechanism that can prevent the occurrence of dew formation on the low-temperature member of the unit.
The low-temperature cooling unit is provided with a refrigerating machine 11 and a refrigerant circulating circuit both of which are used for supplying a low-temperature refrigerant to a member to be cooled. In the refrigerating machine 11 and refrigerating circuit, a part which is coated with a heat insulation material 19 and becomes a low temperature is covered with a container 20 having an air inlet 21 and an air outlet 22, and a dry air generating means which supplies dry air to the container 20 through the air inlet 21 is provided.
