The front end face of a female side poppet valve 30 and the front end face of a male side poppet valve 40 are shaped to approximately correspond to each other when opposed to each other. To a sliding ring body 13, a bellows 20 is connected with liquid tight which is expandable in the axial direction and has a flow path for the low temperature fluid on the inner periphery side. A front end cylinder portion 54 thrusts the sliding ring body 13 while abutting thereon, whereby the sliding ring body 13 is moved relative to the female side poppet valve 30 to open the female side poppet valve 30. The front end face of the female side poppet valve 30 thrusts the male side poppet valve 40 while abutting thereon, whereby the male side poppet valve 40 is opened.
