To provide a low-temperature liquefied gas booster pump in which vaporized gas in a compression chamber can be discharged outside a housing associated with the action of a piston.
The low-temperature liquified gas booster pump is provided with a pressurized chamber 10, a compression chamber 12, the piston 6 partitioning the pressurized chamber 10 and the compression chamber 12 and reciprocally sliding, a drive means 7 to drive the piston 6, an intake passage 2 equipped with an intake valve 11, a communication passage 25 equipped with a check valve 32 to prevent the reverse flow from the compression chamber 10 into the pressurized chamber 12, and to connect the pressurized chamber 10 and the compression chamber 12, and a discharge passage 3 equipped with a discharge valve 13. The low-temperature liquified gas booster pump has a sealing member 4 to discharge the vaporized gas of a fluid outside from the pressurized chamber 10 under a predetermined pressure, and discharges the vaporized gas from the sealing member 4 associated with the compression action of the pressurized chamber 10 by the piston 6.
