Abstract:

To provide a semi-underground type low-temperature tank without having a TPS (Thermal Protection System).

A low-temperature tank A1 includes at least an outer tank 1 made of concrete and an inner tank 3 made of metal, in which a part of an outer tank sidewall 1b is buried underground from the ground surface. In a region extending from the ground surface to the underground, the outer tank sidewall 1b is provided with PC steel 1c receiving internal pressure.
