PURPOSE: To provide a long lifetime low vacuum service bearing which is suitable to service under harsh environment which uses a reaction gas in a low vacuum area, such as a gas laser oscillator in particular and excels in environmental resistance by specifying a grease sealed in a bearing as fluorine group grease and determining a specific amount of grease filling.
CONSTITUTION: In terms of a bearing 44, which is used for a laser gas circulation blower in a laser gas oscillator in an environment where low vacuum and a reactive gas prevails, the application of a fluorice group grease makes it possible to prevent the deterioration or evaporation of a grease which is typical to a conventional lithium group grease and provide a long life and low vacuum service bearing. The lubrication of a fluorice group grease whose sealing amount ranges from 25 to 50% makes it possible to prevent a drop in service life attributable to grease leakage or contaminated service environment attributable to dispersed grease leakage.
