Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-voltage-driven current source circuit with two terminals.SOLUTION: A low-voltage-driven current source circuit comprises: a first transistor having a first main terminal thereof connected to a first terminal of a connected circuit; a resistor having a first terminal thereof connected to a second main terminal of the first transistor and a second terminal thereof connected to a second terminal of the connected circuit; a second transistor having a control terminal thereof connected to the second main terminal of the first transistor, a first main terminal thereof connected to a control terminal of the first transistor, and a second main terminal thereof connected to the second terminal of the connected circuit; and a constant current source having a first terminal thereof connected to the first terminal of the connected circuit and a second terminal thereof connected to the control terminal of the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
