Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely open or close a guide groove of the lower frame with the opening/closing interlocking motion of fittings and eliminate troubles caused by sand and dust and keep airtight between the lower frame and the fittings.
SOLUTION: A detachable inner frame provided with a guide groove 26 for the opening/closing guide of fittings 40 and a dust receiver 27 is fitted to the fitting groove 13 of a fixed external frame 10 to remove it for cleaning. A hinged opening/closing plate 30 is rotated and pushed up by a pushing-up member 43 at the front end of the fittings 40 to open/close the fitting groove 13 with the interlocking movement of the fittings 40. The air-tightness between the lower end of the fittings and the fitting groove 13 is kept by an air- tightening material on erecting it. And a slit 36 is provided between the fixed external frame 10 and the opening/closing plate 30 to drop sand and dust in the dust receiver 27 and prevent troubles caused by the jamming.
