PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower spring receiver component capable of supporting a suspension spring without producing any clearance between it and the suspension spring and capable of reducing bottoming feeling.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a lower spring receiver component 36 of a suspension device 10 in which a suspension spring 18 having a shape provided with a raised up part T is received at the lower side. This lower spring receiver component comprises a base end part ST showing a partial annular shape, arranged at one end side and having an end part of the suspension spring 18 installed therein; a slope part SL arranged at the other end of which wall thickness as seen from its sectional view is varied along a shape of the raised part T of the suspension spring 18; a holding part HL arranged between the base end part ST and the slope part SL to hold the suspension spring 18. The bottom surface side of the slope part SL is formed with a thinning part Nk, the thinning part Nk is formed into a substantial mountain-shape as seen from its sectional view in a radial direction in it and there is provided a ridge part Rd abutted to or not abutted to a mounting surface 44 before a state of inputting a spring load of the suspension spring 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
