Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the height of a grain collecting chamber while permitting charging works from either right or the left side of a grain drier.
CONSTITUTION: A lower transfer device, constituted of chevron-shape guide plates 11, 11, a transfer screw and the like and receiving discharged grain from a pair of left and right delivery valves 8, 8 to transfer the grain toward an elevator 5, is constituted so as to be capable of changing the located position between left position and right position. The lower transfer device is constituted so as to be capable of selecting the reception of grain from left and right charging flow passages formed of slanted guide plates 9, 9 for circulation, which guide the delivery and flow down of grain from the delivery valves 8, 8, and slanted charging guide plates 10, 10, provided at the rear side of the guide plates 9, 9 and receiving the grain thrown from a side charging port 11 to guide the flow down of the same.
