Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation by combining sodium with a specific preparation base, specifying total water absorbability not sticking the sodium to an apparatus, etc., hardly becoming wet, excellent in stability.
SOLUTION: (A) A high-viscosity hydroxypropyl cellulose is mixed with (B) about 0.1-5wt.% of light anhydrous silicic acid and (C) about 0.1-2wt.% of magnesium stearate to give the objective preparation having 1.4-1.7 total absorption ability. For example, first the component B and the component C are mixed as essential components and then blended with other arbitrary components and adjusted so as to finally make 1.4-1.7 total absorption ability of a preparation. The mixture is mixed with the component A and pharmaceutically manufactured.
