Abstract:

To stabilize supply of LPG to an engine, in an LPG injection system having a liquid phase fuel system and a gas phase fuel system.

An LPG component calculation means 35 calculates a component fraction based on values detected from a tank temperature sensor 33 and a gas phase pressure sensor 25. A liquid phase state determination means 36 determines a state of liquid phase LPG in the liquid phase fuel system FL from a liquid phase pressure sensor 15 and a liquid phase temperature sensor 16 by using the calculated component fraction. The liquid phase fuel system FL supplies fuel when the fuel is completely on the liquid phase, and the liquid phase fuel system FL is switched to the gas fuel system FG when generation of gas phase is determined, so that a correct and precise fuel control is always performed.
