Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel lubricant coating capable of forming a lubricant coated film excellent in heat resistance by its application to a surface of a slide member for heating and drying.SOLUTION: There is provided a lubricant coating containing at least polyimide having at least one repeating unit represented by the general formula (1), a solid lubricant and a solvent. In the general formula (1), A is a tetravalent organic group which has at least one monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring, the aromatic hydrocarbon ring may have a substituent, 2 -C(CF)OH groups are bound to carbon atoms constituting same or different aromatic hydrocarbon ring each other, 2 -NH- groups are bound to carbon atoms constituting same or different aromatic hydrocarbon ring each other, the -C(CF)O groups have a relationship with at least one 2 -NH- group to be bound to neighboring carbon atoms, out of the carbon atoms constituting the same or aromatic hydrocarbon ring, and B is a bivalent organic group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
