Abstract:
To attain improvement of a consumption unit compared with that of emulsion rolling oil when a solution type lubricant is circularly used as a coolant in a cold rolling process, by securing its lubricity equal to or above that of the emulsion rolling oil, even in the case of the solution type lubricant.
Solid grains with the average grain size of 0.01 to 0.5 m are contained in water-soluble polyalkylene glycol.
