Abstract:

To provide a lubricant composition for fine blanking processing capable of providing mold life comparable to a chlorine-based oil agent with a non-chlorine-based processing oil suitable for environment and providing good product shapes.

A lubricant composition for fine blanking processing is manufactured by blending one combining one or more kind of polysulfide, sulfurized oil and fat, powdery sulfur, sulfide mineral oil, and sulfide ester as an active sulfur compound of 10 to 50 mass% and a thiadiazole derivative of 2 to 10 mass%.
