Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition for an internal combustion engine having excellent abrasion resistance and low fuel consumption property, and performance for dispersing condensed water and the like by steam generated by burning and the like of fuel and inhibiting corrosion or rust of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A lubricant composition for an internal combustion engine contains (A) a base oil having specific property, (B) monoglyceride having a hydrocarbon group with C 8 to 22 and a hydroxyl value of 150 to 350 mgKOH/g of 0.3 to 2.0 mass% based on the total amount of the composition, (C) a viscosity index improver obtained by blending at least one kind or several kinds of poly(meth)acrylate having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 500,000, conductivity of 10 pS/m or more and an amino group, poly(meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group, an olefin copolymer having an amino group and an olefin copolymer having a hydroxyl group.
