To provide a lubricant composition which is hard to cause deterioration and the lowering of performance and is hard to corrode a rolling apparatus and a rolling apparatus having excellent lubricity and a long life.
A lubricant composition 15 is supplied into a space which is formed in between an inner ring 10 and an outer ring 11 of a cylindrical rolling bearing and in which a roller 12 is arranged to perform lubrication between both raceway surfaces 10a, 11a and the roller 12. This lubricant composition 15 comprises a base oil having at least one of a mineral oil and a synthetic oil as the major component, a first microcapsule having a particle diameter of 3 to less than 7 μm, and a second capsule having a particle diameter of less than 3 μm, and the compounding amount of the sum of both capsules is 1-30 mass% based on the entire lubricant composition 15. The both capsules contain a lubricant additive such as an antioxidant, and its content is 10 to less than 50 mass% based on the entire microcapsule.
