Abstract:
To obtain a lubricant composition exerting an excellent performance under high pressure conditions which is especially suitable for metal processing.
This lubricant composition comprises, as a lubricating substrate, a phosphoric ester of formula (1) or its neutralized product with a basic compound as component (A); an organomolybdenum compound or an organic zinc compound as component (B); and an alkali earth metal salt of an organic acid as component (C). Especially preferably, component (B) is oxymolybdenum dithiocarbamate sulfide, oxymolybdenum dithiophosphate sulfide, a reaction product of an amine and a compound having a pentavalent or hexavalent molybdenum atom, zinc dithiocarbamate or zinc dithiophosphate.
