Abstract:
To provide a lubricant composition which is capable of preventing the wheel abrasion and additionally capable of preventing the adhesion and deposition onto a track and which is capable of reducing the influence on the accelerating performance and braking performance.
There is provided the lubricant composition that is interposed between the wheel and rail of a railway vehicle. The composition includes one or more components selected from the group consisting of (A) a bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane derivative, (B) an ester compound having in the molecule an alicyclic structure and/or a fatty acid ester compound having in the molecule a gem structure, and (C) a polybutene having a number-average molecular weight of 200-3,000.
