Abstract:

To provides a compound suitable as a lubricant for magnetic disk.

A compound comprising a main chain having a perfluoropolyether chain is provided. The compound also has one or more cyclophosphazene rings bonded to or incorporated into the backbone. The compound further includes at least two functional groups bonded to the backbone, bonded to one or more cyclophosphazene rings, or having a combination of these bonds.
