Abstract:
To obtain an engine oil lubricant improved in friction characteristics and fuel economy; and an engine oil lubricant concentrate.
A molybdenum compound and at least one polymeric dispersant derived from an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer are added to a lubricating oil having a lubricating viscosity, thus improving the boundary friction characteristics of the lubricating oil. A concentrated liquid to be added to an oil having a lubricating viscosity is also disclosed.
