A first axial part end surface position of a piston axial member facing a predetermined area of a pump body through-hole is set by a position prescribing means. Thus, unit delivery quantity Q from an intake valve unit is determined by reciprocation of the piston axial part member. A number N of the reciprocation of the piston axial member is determined by the quantity Q and quantity V. Movement quantity of a second axial part of the piston axial member by the respective reciprocation is detected by a stroke detecting means. The lubricant leaked from the through-hole is collected by a drain circuit communicating with the through-hole between a pair of seal parts and communicating with an intake side pipe passage of the intake valve unit.
