Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant oil additive capable of adjusting frictional properties to a proper level.SOLUTION: The lubricant oil additive includes an organomolybdenum compound represented by the following formula (1). In the formula (1), R1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group represented by a general formula: CH(n represents a positive integer), or a cyclohexyl group; R2 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group; and R1 and R2 are different from each other.
