Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high speed processing with higher productivity by a grease lubrication with a simple structure by coping with the grease lubrication upto the higher rotary position of a rotary tool which is difficult for usual grease lubrication by a lubricant splash prevention cover.
SOLUTION: This lubricant splash prevention cover is provided with a shallow large diameter recessed part 4 matched with the center of a turret installed on the plate surface 3 of one side of thick disc shape member and a shape provided plural small diameter blind holes 5 on a position equally divided a periphery surface 6. One side surface of the inner ends of respective blind holes 5 is communicated with time bottom surface of the large diameter recessed part 4 at an opening 9 and the pinion 8 of one shaft end of a rotary tool shaft 7 inserted in respective blind holes 5 is encircled by the periphery surface of the inner end of the blind hole and respective pinions 8 are meshed with a drive wheel 15 inserted in the large diameter recessed part 4 at the opening part 9.
